Had a great Christmas stay. Enjoyed the clean and tidy room and the helpful and attentive staff who offered local tourist information. Location was key, with close proximity to the bus stop and the river. Also, the staff prepared a tasty breakfast every morning.

The wifi was super slow and the shower could have been warmer; however, these things did not detract too much from our overall experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable rooms with high-quality linen and a large bathroom. The location was perfect for me as it was just a few minutes walk from the bus station, boat harbor, and night market which saved me a lot on transportation fees. the staff was very polite and welcoming.

The internet connection was really poor and sometimes nonexistent, which made it hard for me to stay connected with my family on Christmas. I was irritated to find out that I was charged for breakfast even on the days I didn't eat because I was busy.
